1-TEAM TRAINING & INDIVIDUAL TRAINING [Group]-Includes-

REMINDER

Prices are the same if 1 or up to 10 athletes show up for the training session! Therefore training is less costly, the more athletes that sign up.
There is a minimum of a 4 month commitment.  MVP reserves the right during these 4 months to dissmiss any athlete for unsafe and/ or lack of effort practices.

Includes:-

-8 Hours of instruction & education in a structured off-season program, demonstration, on the fly program adaptation, critic and motivation from a Sport Performance Specialists per month

-Sport specific programs & eventually position specific programs later in the off-season

-Olympic lifting classes

-Sport Psychology &/or Sport Nutrition/ Supplementation information &/or manuals.

-Constant personal adaptation to the program

-New programs every 4-6 weeks in order for the body systems to constantly adapt to changing demands.

-All encompassing Performance Training:

Strength, Power, Flexibility, Olympic lifting, Energy system training,
[Speed/ Sprinting training-Assisted, Resisted, Biomechanics & Plyometrics], Core & Trunk training. Pre-habilitation training [the best way to rehab an injury is to not receive one in the first place. MVP prides itself on working on the problem areas of the body properly and decrease the risk of injury dramatically, as seen with the SR. Falcons this year!]

-Progress reports throughout the 8 months
